a STELLAR experience
bike rentals comfy beds
I appreciated the convenient bike rentals. I cycled to venice beach easily. the comfy beds were SUPER cute after a long day. i found all the amenities i could need right there.
The valet broke my car window. Someone tried to break in i think. the staff said it was already damaged, which i KNOW it wasn't. they wouldn't let me see the tape without a court order.

wonderful experience!
pacific view suite fine view really good service
the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. i received a complimentary upgrade to a pacific view suite in celebration of my 60th birthday. the suite had fine views and included chilled bubbly and a birthday cake. i found the service really good .
the pool umbrellas were fixed and not adjustable. this made finding shade difficult. i felt this affected my relaxation time at the pool.

clean room comfortable bed shaded section
the room was clean i found the bed comfortable the location allowed quick beach access the gym included three treadmills two stationary bikes and free weights it met my fitness needs the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section it provided relaxation.
the in-room safe was slightly smaller than expected limiting storage for larger items

the room was super clean. it was calming. the service was prompt and attentive, including turndown for the evening.
my balcony faced a wall. there was no view at all, not even of the street. the spa closes early at 5 p.m., so i could not use it after my daytime activities. i asked for a taxi to the airport, but i was told to download uber or pay $175.
